We offer body conditioning/fitness training class every Saturday morning at 11 a.m. This class is a full body workout mainly focused on strength conditioning and training. This fitness class is designed for MMA fighters and a great workout for everybody that is looking to get in shape and lose weight.

Our Body Conditioning/Fitness Training Program includes:
- 1 Headstart Session – in this session we’ll discuss your goals, tell you what to expect when you start training and direct you to the appropriate classes to get started ($30 value)
- 2 FREE Classes – you’ll attend 2 classes recommended to you by our experienced instructors to get you started on the path to achieving your goals and to see if our club is right for you ($50 value)
- Martial Arts Headstart Guide – this guide will detail everything you need to know to get started on the right foot, including what to wear, what kind of equipment is required, what to eat before class, how to refuel after an intense workout and much, much more ($19 value).There’s absolutely no obligation and we won’t pressure you to join, because we know we’re your premier choice when it comes to martial arts and fitness.
